COHORTS

Gathering and connecting leaders from across the C3 Europe family

“From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament,
grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.” -
‭‭Eph ‭4‬:‭16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

What is a Cohort?

A Cohort is a group of people with a shared area of focus and characteristics. The aim is to gather leaders from across C3 Europe who share similar ministry roles and responsibilities; providing discussion, training, and the cross pollination of skills, ideas and experience. The heart of Cohorts is to create a forum to cultivate deeper relational connections across within ministry areas and increase skill sharing and knowledge across the region and movement.

Who are they for?

These cohorts are not limited to senior/lead pastors but specifically cater to leaders and teams at a variety of levels within church life. If you are a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader in one of these ministry areas across our C3 Europe family, Cohorts are for you. Please sign up below and one of our incredible Cohort Facilitators will be in contact.

How often do they meet?

Each Cohort aims to gather 3-4 times a year. Most of the time these Cohorts meet online. Each Cohort is designed for a time of connection and may include different focusses and guest voices.
We also aim to meet in person at Regional Gatherings and occasional getaways.
